Return & Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unused, Unwashed, product with original packing within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. Courier or registered post on his own expenses to our address.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 07 days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to HOMEOPTIONS " Office#46-47, 2nd floor, Sitara lal plaza, factory area, Faisalabad.

    Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. "Home Options" may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
