Return & Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unused, Unwashed, product with original packing within 7 days of purchase for an exchange.
  • Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. Courier or registered post on his own expenses to our address.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • All returns should be sent to HOMEOPTIONS " Tata street, opposite Rahim center near masjid Zahra, Factory area, Faisalabad

    Order Cancellation

    You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. "Home Options" may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
